About the Job Opening: Lead end-to-end delivery of Gen AI / AI-based solutions across multiple projects/programs.
- Manage large, cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Architects, and Developers.
- Establish and monitor program governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Implement and scale Agile methodologies (Scrum, Secure, Kanban) across AI/ML programs.
- Ensure adherence to modern SDLC practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps.
- Support talent development and capability building in Gen AI and Agile practices.
- Collaborate with architects to define scalable, secure, and performant AI solutions.
