Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to support the delegate acquisition activities for international corporate conferences and summits. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, research, and engage senior-level executives across various industries through email, telephone, and LinkedIn outreach. Based on the campaign brief, the executive will introduce the event, generate interest, qualify prospects, and secure opt-ins from decision-makers who wish to receive further event information from the Delegate Sales Team.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify senior-level executives (Directors, Heads, Vice Presidents, C-Level Executives, etc.) from target industries based on campaign requirements.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases using LinkedIn, company websites, and other research tools.




- Conduct outbound outreach via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce upcoming corporate conferences and events.
- Present the event value proposition professionally and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their relevance, interest, and suitability for the event.
- Generate qualified opt-ins from prospective delegates and ensure accurate recording of their interest.
- Arrange follow-up discussions with the Delegate Sales Team for interested prospects whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, call outcomes, emails, LinkedIn activities, and opt-ins in Excel tracking sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach activities and qualified opt-ins.
- Respond to prospect enquiries professionally and provide accurate event information.
- Ensure all communication complies with company quality standards and campaign guidelines.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and lead generation techniques.

Eligibility Requirements

- Minimum 12 months of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Appointment Setting, or an International BPO/KPO environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling and professional email outreach.
- Experience using LinkedIn for business prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong internet research and database management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining accurate tracking sheets.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior-level executives across international markets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
