- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR
- 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Either one of the above qualifications is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Support service operations and technical activities at the dealership.
- Diagnose and assist in resolving vehicle-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with service technicians and the dealership service team.




- Conduct technical inspections and ensure proper service procedures are followed.
- Support warranty-related technical processes and documentation.
- Monitor service quality and assist in resolving technical complaints.
- Coordinate with the manufacturer/service team whenever technical support is required.
- Maintain proper technical records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Bajaj service standards and procedures.
