Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Data Scientist and AI/ML Engineer to join our innovation hub in Gurgaon. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and cutting-edge Generative AI applications, working closely with cross-functional product teams and business stakeholders to solve high-impact problems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of intelligent systemsfrom conceptualizing LLM-driven features to deploying scalable MLOps pipelines.

Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, enabling us to deliver personalized, AI-first experiences that drive significant business growth and operational efficiency for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy advanced Generative AI solutions using LLMs and LangChain to automate complex workflows and enhance user engagement.
- Develop and optimize robust machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow to extract actionable insights from large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement MLOps best practices, ensuring seamless model monitoring, versioning, and deployment in cloud environments.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that data-driven solutions align with long-term organizational goals.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and data exploration to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization across the business.




- Refine prompt engineering strategies to improve the accuracy, safety, and relevance of AI-generated outputs for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python and the data science stack, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, to manipulate and analyze complex datasets effectively.
- Proven ability to design and fine-tune Deep Learning architectures and NLP models to solve real-world language processing challenges.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Big Data technologies, with the ability to manage and query large-scale databases to support data-intensive applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to build, test, and scale production-grade AI services.
- A solid foundation in Statistics and probability, enabling the development of mathematically sound models that provide reliable business outcomes.
- A team-oriented mindset, thriving in a hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, with the agility to adapt to rapidly evolving AI research and industry trends.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying production-ready machine learning and AI systems.
