About the role:

Join STADAs dynamic international Data Science & Process Mining team within Global Information Services as a Data & Process Intelligence Engineer. In this role, you will build and optimise the data pipelines, SQL logic and data models behind our analytics and process mining solutions, work hands-on with our existing Celonis landscape, and help implement analytical logic and data products on our modern data platform. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts and business stakeholders across the organisation to deliver reliable, well-engineered data products that improve transparency, efficiency and business performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain complex analytics models, with a focus on supply chain use cases, leveraging our modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake and Databricks) and process mining solution, Celonis.
- Design, build and optimise data pipelines and SQL transformations to integrate and prepare supply chain and other enterprise source data, including data from SAP, for analytics.
- Analyse and document existing solutions and translate their business logic into clear technical requirements.




- Migrate and implement analytical logic and data products on our modern data platform, and validate the results together with business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality through testing and monitoring, and optimise the performance of queries and pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand existing KPIs and transformation logic and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Competencies Required:

- Bachelors, Master’s, or higher degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, STEM, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data engineering, BI, data analytics or process mining.
- Excellent SQL skills, including experience with complex queries and performance tuning on large datasets.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or comparable modern cloud data and integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience building and debugging data pipelines (ETL/ELT), with a solid understanding of relational and analytical data models.
- A structured, solution-oriented and self-directed approach to work, including in environments where documentation may be incomplete.
- Strong communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Practical Celonis experience: you have worked hands-on with data models, transformations or analyses and can quickly understand and work with existing implementations.
- Knowledge of supply chain data models and processes, for example inventory, planning, production, procurement is a strong plus.
- Python, workflow orchestration, Git and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Experience analyzing and working with data from SAP ERP, CRM and/or ARIBA.
- Power BI or another modern BI platform, including migrating analytical logic between platforms.
