Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced T24 Data migration lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with T24 core banking system and possess strong data migration experience from legacy to T24 system.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate on workshops with Client/Legacy Team and working on Technical Solutions.

Engage in data mapping sessions for finalizing the mapping from Legacy system for T24 Data Migration.

Owning the Coordination between T24 team, Extraction team and Client and Temenos if need be.

Conduct joint reviews of the data mapping sheets incorporate review comments from Legacy system.

Managing the risks identified during migration process and provide Mitigations.

Set Data migration product strategy and own the data migration product roadmap with focus through market research and strong awareness of current features and capabilities in the market.

Preparation & Maintenance of Data Migration Sheets of all T24 tables and Schema Definitions of T24 DM Utilities.

Performance tuning on the Load process to reduce the overall Migration timing.

Develop Migration related programs/Scripts to support DM activities for Loadings and Reconciliation Extract.

Reporting the Validation errors to the Stake Holders in regular Interval.

Resolve queries regarding extraction from reconciliation team related to the requirements for Migration.





Experience with Temenos Extensibility Framework, Java/Python Knowledge, DevOps for handling the data migration related components.

Analysis of Issues raised during the Migration and provide solution/workaround to solve the issue.

Experience with Data Migration in T24 End to End implementation is preferred.

Develop, prioritize and execute on the data migration backlog.

Partner with IT/ Technology/ Solution architecture/ integration teams to oversee any work that will impact data migration.

Qualifications :

Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.

TLC Certified.

Technical experience :

- Strong and extensive experience of working in complex T24 Data migration project(s) using Temenos DM Tool.
- Have extensive experience in banking software technology business to Manage the Run Book and Cut-Over activities during the Migration Trial Runs & Dress Rehearsals and Go-Live.
- Have exposure to T24 Modules:
- Arrangement Architecture modules, Collateral, Limits
- Core and Customer
- Account and related DM activities
- Multi company and Multi Book
- GL & Financial Parameters
- Exposure on Soft Accounting
- Securities and Treasury
- Have knowledge in Agile concepts, SCRUM methodology, JIRA / ALM.
- Knowledge of how Temenos Transact Core Banking enables one or more end-to-end business processes.
- Experience in conducting DM workshops and mapping and recon sessions with the client.
- Exposure to TPH and other Temenos products is an added advantage.
- Temenos T24 project delivery experience would be a value addition.
- Develop PoV on Temenos Data Migration Implementation.
- Implementation for Temenos Data Migration projects.
