About the Opportunity

We are looking for detail-oriented and highly motivated Freelance Data Annotators to join our AI Training team. In this role, you will help improve Artificial Intelligence (AI) models by accurately annotating and evaluating images, videos, and other multimedia content while following detailed project guidelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong observation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Annotate and review image and video data according to project guidelines.
- Identify, label, and classify objects, actions, and visual elements accurately.
- Perform anonymization tasks by identifying Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that should be masked or blurred.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide accurate feedback.
- Analyze visual content while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Follow detailed annotation instructions and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of project data and comply with all project requirements.





Mandatory Selection Process All candidates are required to successfully complete two mandatory assessments before being considered for the project.

Assessment 1 – Modular Hiring Assessment v3

The first assessment evaluates your attention to detail, annotation skills, image and video understanding, logical reasoning, and ability to follow project instructions.

Assessment 2 – Versant English Proficiency Test

Candidates who explicit the Modular Hiring Assessment will receive the Versant English Proficiency Test.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in data annotation is preferred but not mandatory.

Selection Process

1. Submit your application.
2. Complete the Modular Hiring Assessment v3.
3. Candidates who pass will receive the Versant English Proficiency Test .
4. Only candidates with a C1 or C2 English proficiency level in the Versant test will be shortlisted.
5. Selected candidates will receive onboarding instructions and project allocation details.
