Title: Data Analyst

Role Overview: We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw healthcare data into clear, decision-ready insights. You'll work across SQL, Python, and BI tools, and use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor) to move faster while keeping quality high.

Key Responsibilities-

- Write and optimize SQL to extract and transform data for analysis and reporting
- Build dashboards and reports in Tableau / Power BI
- Clean, validate, and model data from multiple sources
- Use Python (Pandas) for analysis, automation, and ad-hoc scripting
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and rigorously review their output
- Partner with stakeholders to frame questions and communicate findings clearly

Required Skills Experience-

- Strong SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization)
- Python for data work (Pandas, NumPy)
- Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
- Solid grounding in statistics and data wrangling
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude / Cursor) and sound judgment to validate AI-generated code
- Git for version control
- Explicit written and verbal communication
