Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in digital, web, mobile, and e-commerce analytics. The role will involve transforming digital data into actionable business insights, developing and maintaining analytics frameworks and dashboards, and partnering with business and product teams to improve customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business and product stakeholders to define analytics requirements, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Develop and maintain event taxonomies and digital measurement strategies across web and mobile platforms.
- Analyze digital and customer journey data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using BI and visualization tools.
- Validate digital data collection and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and IT teams on cloud-based data and analytics solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and improve the efficiency of insight delivery.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives.
- Leverage AI-assisted analytics techniques to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
- Work with cross-functional and global teams to translate business questions into data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills :





- 5 to 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, E-commerce Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Heap, or similar digital analytics platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience working with Google BigQuery or other cloud-based data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, or server-side tagging.
- Strong understanding of event-based data models, identity resolution, data quality, and digital measurement.
- Experience with web, mobile, and customer journey analytics.
- Exposure to experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce analytics.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Exposure to customer data platforms and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of data governance and analytics implementation best practices.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
