Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule daily social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for a premium skincare brand.
- Design scroll-stopping visuals and short-form videos that drive product awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with influencer marketing and growth teams to execute branded campaigns with micro & macro creators.
- Analyze platform performance metrics (reach, CTR, saves, conversion) and optimize content calendar weekly.
- Build and maintain brand tone of voice—clean, clinical,



yet approachable—with skincare education woven into every post.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor moves to keep content fresh and effective.
