About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to pioneering AI evaluation projects by applying enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing real-world security scenarios, creating reference solutions, and assessing AI-generated outputs to enhance next-generation AI systems.

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing cybersecurity and artificial intelligence integration.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of professional experience in cybersecurity or related fields, including security engineering, operations, incident response, risk management, or security leadership roles. Strong familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework,



SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and GRC platforms.

Excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are required.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred, demonstrating a recognized level of expertise and professionalism in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include developing comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity scenarios based on real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows. The candidate will create detailed reference incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation to support project objectives. A key aspect of the role involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, compliance, and technical quality, ensuring that AI systems meet high standards of security and reliability.

Additionally, the expert will design grading rubrics that assess cybersecurity judgment and decision-making at a professional level.



Applying methodologies such as threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment will be essential. Collaboration with project teams to maintain consistency, quality, and technical rigor across all deliverables is also a critical component of this position.

Benefits

This engagement offers competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $90 per hour, with weekly payments to ensure timely remuneration.
