Summary The Learning Content Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital learning experiences using modern eLearning, multimedia, and AI-powered content development tools. This role supports the full content lifecycle, from instructional design and storyboarding through development, quality assurance, deployment, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop immersive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Ensure all learning content is mobile-responsive and compliant with accessibility standards, including WCAG requirements.
- Create and enhance video and audio learning assets using Synthesia AI avatars and professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Utilize large language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT and Claude, for storyboarding, script development, and content chunking while maintaining the Company&rsquos; voice and tone.
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to transform complex subject matter into engaging, scenario-based learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain reusable content components, templates, assets, and AI prompt libraries to improve efficiency and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the complete content development lifecycle, including intake, storyboarding, development, review, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement quality assurance processes, including functional testing, content validation, and cross-browser and LMS compatibility testing.
- Coordinate Alpha, Beta, and Gold review cycles with subject matter experts and stakeholders using tools such as Articulate Review 360.
- Ensure all deliverables align with Company content standards and brand identity guidelines.




- Partner with LMS administrators to support SCORM and xAPI package deployment and learning data tracking.
- Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, fairness, bias mitigation, and policy compliance.
- Analyze learner feedback and content performance metrics at Levels 1 and 2 to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity improvements achieved through automated and AI-supported workflows.
- Conduct periodic audits of learning content and recommend updates, refreshes, or retirement of outdated materials.

Education Requirements

- Bachelor&rsquos; degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience demonstrating the required capabilities may be considered.

Experience Requirements

- 3&ndash5; years of experience developing advanced eLearning content using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
- Experience managing digital learning projects through structured development and review processes.
- Experience supporting LMS deployment, content testing, and learner experience optimization.

Required Skills

- Advanced content development expertise using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
- Strong proficiency in creating interactive learning experiences using triggers, variables, and modern eLearning design techniques.




- Experience using Synthesia for AI-driven video production.
- Proven ability to leverage LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude for instructional design workflows and content generation.
- Strong video and multimedia editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Camtasia.
- Audio editing capabilities to produce high-quality learning assets.
- Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards and LMS deployment processes.
- Experience performing cross-device, browser, and platform testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, learner communications, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report content performance metrics accurately.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and structured review processes.

- Articulate Certified Developer certification.
- AI for Instructional Design certifications.
- Certified Skilled in Talent Development (CPTD) certification.
- Experience with motion graphics tools such as After Effects.
- Experience creating custom illustrations for learning content.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, including Knowles' Andragogy.
- Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and blended learning methodologies.
- Experience applying the Kirkpatrick Levels 1&ndash4; evaluation framework.
- Background in quality assurance, performance management, or learning effectiveness measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to coach struggling or resistant learners and effectively manage challenging feedback situations.
- Experience using project coordination and tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
