Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process with a solid focus on Sales & Upselling . The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in sales, upselling, or international voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities .
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.





Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Sales / Upselling / Cross-selling / International Voice Process .
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in night shifts .
- Candidates available to work from the Navi Mumbai office .
