Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager / Team Leader to lead and manage our Customer Support team in the E-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the Customer Support team
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity
- Set team targets and ensure achievement
- Track customer service performance and KPIs
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively
- Guide, train and motivate team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions

Eligibility

- 4–5+ years of relevant experience

- Candidates with only Sales experience are not preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
