About the Chance

SPES Manning Solutions is hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for the position of Customer Support Executive in Yerwada, Pune.

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of BPO/Customer Support experience who have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity offers 5.5 LPA CTC, attractive in-hand salary, both-way cab facility, career growth, and an opportunity to work from home after 6 months, subject to eligibility and company policy.

- Minimum 1 year of BPO / Customer Support experience.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable with rotational week offs.
- Willing to work from the Yerwada, Pune office.
- Professional attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
- Candidates with positive attendance and consistent performance will be preferred.
- CTC: 5.5 LPA
- Approx. In-Hand: 36,000 37,000 per month, subject to applicable deductions and final salary structure.
- Both-way cab facility available as per shift, route, and company eligibility criteria.
