Fintas Overseas Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, maintaining professional communication, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations.

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and qualified resolutions.
- Assist customers with Fintas products, services, orders, payments, and account-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer issues.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Support daily office and customer service operations as required.

- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, chat, and web applications.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation
- Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month, including performance-linked incentives.
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month, including performance-linked incentives.
- Salary will be based on skills, experience, interview performance, and applicable company policies.

Work Schedule
- Day Shift
- Operational Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work from Office
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
