Tele Collections Executive – Personal & Business Loans Location: Bangalore – Hoodi

Role: Handle inbound/outbound collection calls, follow up on overdue EMIs, negotiate repayment plans, resolve customer concerns, update CRM records, and coordinate with field/backend teams to achieve collection targets.

Eligibility:

- 6 months–2 years experience in Tele Collections/Collections/Customer Service in NBFC/BFSI
- Graduate in any discipline
- Valuable communication, negotiation & convincing skills
- English + Hindi / Telugu / Kannada
- Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge
- Age below 30 years

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + attractive incentives Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
