Job Role: Customer Success Executive

- Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely and effective solutions through voice, non-voice, and chat channels.

- Follow up with leads and support the customer conversion process.

- Generate and manage leads through various channels.

- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

- Use MS Excel and CRM platforms to track leads, customer interactions, and performance.

- Support domestic BPO and blended customer service processes.

- Identify customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.





- Contribute to sales and marketing activities to achieve business and customer success targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year.

- Education: Graduate.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience in Sales and Lead Generation.

- Knowledge of CRM platforms and Customer Success platforms.

- Experience in Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, or Blended Processes.

- Understanding of marketing and customer relationship management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good English communication skills.

- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
