Job Role: Senior Customer Services Executive

- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Provide professional assistance and guidance throughout the service process.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of service jobs.

- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations to customers.

- Follow up with customers regarding service status and delivery.

- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain solid customer relationships and encourage repeat service visits.

- Work towards achieving service revenue targets.

- Support the achievement of spare parts sales targets.

- Ensure accurate documentation and records of customer service activities.
