Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Hyderabad.

The Customer Service

Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role includes documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.



The representative will collaborate with internal departments, maintain service standards, and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction levels.
- Experience in Customer Support and managing overall Customer Experience.
- Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and basic office software.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad and collaborate in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing environment is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
