nTalent Glider is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Career Counseling). You will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their requirements, provide career guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

nKey Responsibilities:

nHandle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

nUnderstand customer needs and provide suitable career solutions.

nResolve queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.

nFollow up with prospective clients and update CRM records.

nAchieve quality and performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

nRequirements:

nExcellent English communication skills.

nComfortable working in the US Night Shift.

nStrong listening and problem-solving skills.

nInternational voice process experience is preferred.
