This role /n involves visiting customers at their location to assist with documentation, resolve issues, and /n ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. /n Key Responsibilities /n 1. Visit customers at homes, hospitals, or workplaces to address health insurance-related queries. /n 2. Assist customers with health insurance documentation, including policy documents, /n endorsements, renewals, and claim forms. /n 3. Explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, renewal processes, and claim procedures in a /n straightforward manner. /n 4.



Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, claims, and underwriting for timely issue /n resolution. /n 5.Collect and verify required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness. /n 6. Track customer requests and follow up until closure. /n 7.
