Job Role: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain and demonstrate games to customers clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Manage cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Create a pleasant, engaging, and customer-friendly experience.
- Maintain professional communication and behavior with customers.
- Follow company procedures, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow company processes.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable with standing work for extended periods.
- Must strictly follow grooming and uniform standards.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.

Working Hours & Schedule





- Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week.
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Working days.
- Candidates must be available for all applicable shifts during the first 15 days of joining.

Shift Timings Female – Rotational Shifts:

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male – Rotational Shifts

- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
