Role Description

Believers HR is hiring Customer Service Representatives – Avalon Chat CL11 for a full-time, on-site Chat & Operations process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through chat.
- Maintain qualified communication and service quality.
- Follow SOPs, quality, compliance, and data-security guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet productivity, quality, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Participate in training and adapt to process updates.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO / Customer Service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Typing: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Tech & Logical Test: 80% or above.




- NV Versant: 60 or above.
- EPFO verification/check is mandatory.
- Willingness to work Work From Office (WFO).
- For B.E./B.Tech candidates: Graduation percentage must be 60% or below.

Compensation

- CTC: ₹4.28 LPA
- MIV: ₹0–₹4,000
- Approx. In-hand: ₹26,500/month (flat salary)
