Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Process customer requests, orders, returns, refunds, or service-related queries as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile : Any UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced can apply.
Execellent English communication is required.
