Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers through tele sales, understanding their requirements, promoting suitable products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Candidates with experience in Customer Sales, Tele Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or related sales roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and sales negotiations professionally.
- Promote products and services through tele sales and direct customer interactions .
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls,



interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Sales, Tele Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or related sales roles .
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred.
- Candidates from other sales backgrounds with robust English communication skills may also apply.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working from the office and making outbound calls.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass .
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Details Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and determined based on experience, last drawn salary, communication skills, sales performance, and overall suitability for the role.
