The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing information about company products and services, handling customer queries, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Contact potential customers and generate new leads.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software systems.
- Follow up on pending applications, documents, payments, and other customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Achieve assigned customer acquisition and business targets.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important issues to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
