CRM Executive / Manager – GT | Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with distributors, dealers and key GT customers.

- Coordinate order booking, dispatch, delivery and pending orders.

- Track primary & secondary sales, target vs. achievement and distributor performance.

- Monitor distributor stock, outstanding payments and collections.

- Handle customer complaints, claims and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales & CRM MIS reports.

- Maintain accurate customer/distributor data in ERP/CRM.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Warehouse teams.

- Identify sales gaps and support the sales team in improving distributor performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–8 years in CRM / Sales Coordination / Distributor Management.

- Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred.

- Must have:



Strong GT & distributor management experience.

- Good understanding of primary & secondary sales.

- Solid MS Excel, MIS and ERP/CRM skills.

- Excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Should be capable of handling multiple distributors and sales data independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
