Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our Vijayawada branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions, appointment management, and service coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist clients warmly, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
2. Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in client inquiries professionally.
3. Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment details clearly to clients.
4. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring no overlaps or delays.
5. Coordinate between counsellors, doctors, and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
6. Maintain accurate client data, billing records, and daily reporting.
7. Handle client payments, generate receipts, and update system records.

Follow up with clients post-service for feedback and encourage repeat visits.
9. Maintain the reception and waiting area in a clean and organized manner.
10. Support the management team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Requirements: Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

1–3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive / Front Office Executive in a beauty, wellness, or healthcare setup.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skilled grooming and a pleasant personality.

Proficiency in Kannada. English, and Hindi preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or billing software).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
