About the Role

EVINDIA is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing timely information, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales and business teams in converting enquiries into meaningful customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to understand and explain EV products, features, pricing, and related information clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through calls.
- Respond to customer queries regarding electric vehicles, models, specifications, pricing, availability, test ride booking, dealer information, and other EV-related information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information and forward relevant / required information to the appropriate team/dealer.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's CRM/system.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and pending customer requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of customer complaints and issues.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the concerned team.
- Stay updated on EV products, brands, market developments, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.




- Perform other customer relationship and business-support activities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication; knowledge of Gujarati or any third Indian language will be an advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- Interest in the electric vehicle and automotive industry will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, Automotive, EV, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.

- Number of enquiries handled.
- Response time to customer enquiries.
- Lead follow-up and engagement rate.
- Lead-to-customer/dealer referral conversion.
- Customer satisfaction and issue-resolution efficiency.
- Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/customer records.
- Follow-up completion and lead management.
