Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: Up to ₹18000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Costumer Relation Officer for our Titan World Franchisee Store. The candidate should have prior experience in the watches retail industry and must possess strong communication and customer handling skills. The role involves assisting customers in watches selection, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year of experience in premium watches retail store
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of premium watches preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Guide customers in selecting suitable watches
- Explain product features and offers
- Coordinate with store team for order processing




- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
- Handle billing coordination and basic store operations when required
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
