Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining robust customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, services, and requests

- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments

- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details

- Assist in preparing customer reports and MIS

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other internal teams

- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement

- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills





- Strong customer service and relationship management skills

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Professional and confident personality

- Robust follow-up and coordination skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently

Qualification & Experience:

- BBA / B.Com / Graduate in any discipline

- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or similar roles

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in customer service, retail, real estate, hospitality, banking, or corporate services

- Candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
