Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer menu inquiries, and deliver excellent service.

POS & Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale system, process cash/card payments, and balance cash drawers accurately. Store

Operations & Maintenance: Keep the counter, seating area, and workstation clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and paper goods, re-stocking displays and supplies as needed. Food Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to local health codes, sanitation guidelines, and personal hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience:



Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, though entry-level candidates are welcome.

Skills:

Excellent communication, basic arithmetic for cash handling, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 10kg

Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays based on scheduling needs.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
