We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for our automobile dealership at Incheon Kia, Desom, (Aluva), Ernakulam.

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their interaction with the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone and other communication channels.
- Make customer follow-up calls regarding vehicle enquiries, service, delivery, and other dealership-related matters.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery and service.
- Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant dealership team for resolution.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to provide customers with timely information.




- Maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform other customer support and follow-up activities as required.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Good follow-up skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Previous experience in customer care, telecalling, customer support, automobile dealerships, sales, or service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
