As a CRM Executive at HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in customer engagement. You will proactively reach out to potential customers, address their queries, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service will contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to customers who abandoned their carts via call, email, or chat to understand their concerns and assist with completing their purchase.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to help customers make confident decisions.
- Resolve customer queries with patience and professionalism to improve their buying experience.
- Follow up with warm leads to drive higher conversion and recover lost sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.




- Work with the marketing teams to strengthen abandoned cart recovery strategies and improve overall conversion rates

Key Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively and persuasively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a plus
