Work Time: 9 AM - 6PM (Monday to Saturday, Sunday fixed off)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive cum Store In-Charge with 2–5 years of experience to manage daily boutique operations and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes managing walk-in clients, driving sales, coordinating orders, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a smooth consultation-to-delivery process while upholding a premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized and outstanding customer service
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage customer bookings, appointments, and timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs, explain product features, and assist with selections
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and resolve complaints effectively




- Manage customer bookings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate order placements, handle billing and deliveries.
- Oversee store cleanliness, product displays, and daily operations
- Drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer service or store handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Proven experience in retail/boutique management
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized, Attention to detail, proactive attitude and good organizational skills.
- Good computer knowledge (Email and MS Office).
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused

Preferred:

- Experience in managing appointment-based customer flow.
- Background in retail/showroom or similar industries.
- Ability to work independently and handle store responsibilities end-to-end.
