Role Overview: Provide excellent customer support by answering queries and resolving issues for our Hindi-speaking Vendors.This is a full time, work-from-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls in Hindi.
- Understand customer needs and provide quick, accurate solutions.
- Log customer interactions and update accounts in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex complaints to the relevant department.
Requirements & Work Conditions:
- Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (speaking)
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service or telecalling.
- Skills: Good communication, patience, and basic computer/typing skills.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
