Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms like Salesforce CRM
- Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behavior, and opportunities
- Plan and run email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Monitor CRM metrics such as retention rate, churn, and customer lifetime value
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams
- Manage customer database (segmentation, cleaning, deduplication)
- Automate workflows and customer journeys
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
