Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- End to End Process For Po opening In Middle East Market.
- Order Opening ,pricing & cataloguing in coordination with Senior.
- Strong follow up with PPC for final delivery date.
- Strong EIS & Excel knowledge with competent technical skill.
Job Requirements :
- 2 - 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Robust understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
