Balaji Jeweltrends Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, proactive and communication-focused CRM Executive to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai – 400093.
We are a fine diamond jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler, and we are looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships while ensuring that no sales enquiry or follow-up is missed.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing customers and prospective clients
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders
- Coordinate between customers, sales, production, CAD, dispatch and accounts
- Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
- Track every enquiry from enquiry → quotation → follow-up → order
- Reconnect with dormant customers and generate repeat business
- Prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports
- Ensure customer queries and requirements are closed on time
What We’re Looking For ✔ Excellent spoken and written English
✔ Strong follow-up and communication skills
✔ Proactive, organised and responsible
✔ Positive attitude with excellent customer-handling skills
✔ Willingness to learn, grow and continuously upgrade skills
✔ Good knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
✔ Jewellery/diamond industry experience will be an advantage
Most importantly: We want someone who is hungry to learn, disciplined with follow-ups and determined to take every task to closure.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
