Credit Manager - Education Loans - EIL - Delhi - Rajendra Place - JM As a Credit Manager - Education Infrastructure Loan, you will be responsible for evaluating, approving, and managing credit proposals from educational institutions seeking funding for infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial and operational due diligence of educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities).
- Analyse loan proposals for construction, expansion, or upgrade of educational infrastructure • Assess creditworthiness based on cash flows, enrolment trends, fee structures, accreditation, management strength, etc.
- Prepare and present credit appraisal memos to the credit committee or approving authority.
Skills
- Solid analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Familiarity with education sector dynamics, regulations, and cash flow models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, credit analysis software
