Asset Management – Portfolio Insights Analyst To support the Asset Management (AM) team by owning portfolio data collation, performance tracking, and preparation of high-quality portfolio review materials (decks and Excel-based analytics). The role focuses on enabling timely, accurate, and insightful portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders by streamlining data processes and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Portfolio Reporting & Analytics and Portfolio Review Support. Collate, analyze, and track fund-wise portfolio data.

· Monitor and maintain key portfolio metrics to support investment strategy evaluation and monthly performance reviews.

· Track recent commitments, exited / liquidated positions, and changes in portfolio exposure for ongoing portfolio management.

· Prepare materials for monthly, quarterly, and regional portfolio reviews for the European Private Credit Portfolio.

· Create and maintain Excel-based analytics and PowerPoint decks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and stakeholder-ready presentation.

· Track and maintain a repository of performance commentaries, with special focus on watchlist names.

· Fully own the periodic updating of reference and data files used for portfolio reviews and decks.

· Provide support on urgent and time sensitive ADHOC requests.

· Enhance and optimize complex Excel formulas, logic, and interlinked models to improve data extraction and reduce manual effort.

· Work extensively with data-heavy Excel files and Macabacus to ensure accurate linking and automation of portfolio information.

· Process Improvement & Documentation to develop and maintain a detailed SOP / step-by-step process guide for portfolio reporting and review workflows to minimize errors.

· Create and manage a centralized,



well-structured database for historical portfolio review decks, reference files, and supporting materials.

· Identify opportunities to streamline and accelerate the portfolio review process, reducing turnaround time and operational risk.

· Proactively coordinate with deal teams and internal analysts well ahead of reporting deadlines to ensure timely receipt of data and commentaries.

· Act as a single point of contact for portfolio data consolidation, enabling the AM team to focus on higher-value analytical work.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data-heavy models, interlinking, automation).

· Strong experience in PowerPoint and Macabacus for professional portfolio and periodic decks.

· Solid understanding of portfolio management in Private Credit, fund structures, and investment performance metrics.

Functional Skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highly technical, data-intensive processes.

· Ability to work independently and own end-to-end processes.

· Strong documentation skills for SOP creation and process standardization.

Behavioral Skills

· Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with analysts, deal teams, and senior stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

· Atleast 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Portfolio Analytics, Investment Operations, or Financial Services support roles.

· Prior experience working with Private Credit and covering EU region fund-level portfolio reporting is preferable

· Exposure to European portfolios and institutional reporting (IC Memo reviews) is an advantage.
