Role : Credit Analyst- Real Estate
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for commercial real estate
- Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients.
- Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally, continuing information gathering and query resolution
- Due diligence and credit analysis. Creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to assess borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk and provide preliminary recommendations
- Delivering the plan to the authorities responsible for sanctions
- Creating credit reports for review and renewal in order to check limitations and evaluate them for credit alerts
Making term sheets
- Verifying that disbursements adhere to approved terms.
