We’re looking for a Creative Web Designer

We’re looking for someone who can do more than just build a website .

We want a Creative Web Designer who can take a brief, understand the brand, shape the messaging, write sharp copy, and turn it all into a website that actually looks and feels good.

You should be someone who can think creatively + strategically + visually .

What you’ll be doing

- Designing and building a website from scratch
- Developing website copy and structuring content for clarity and conversion
- Translating a brand’s identity into a strong visual website
- Creating layouts, typography, visual hierarchy and overall design direction
- Understanding UX and making sure the website is intuitive and easy to navigate
- Working with references, moodboards and creative direction to develop a distinctive website
- Publishing the website once it’s ready
- Collaborating with our creative team to bring the brand to life

What we’re looking for
- Strong web design and visual design sensibility
- Ability to write clear, concise and compelling copy
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy
- Experience with tools such as Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles




- Someone who can look at a blank page and create something interesting—not just pick a template
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
- Ability to understand a brand and translate its personality into design

You don't necessarily need to be a developer . We're more interested in someone who can own the creative process from idea → copy → design → build → launch .

Bonus points if you

- Have worked on brand/agency websites
- Understand branding and storytelling
- Have a strong portfolio of visually distinctive websites
- Know basic HTML/CSS or can work comfortably with developers
- Can create simple motion/interaction for websites

The kind of person we're looking for Someone who sees a website as a piece of communication, not a digital brochure .

The opportunity

This is a contractual, project-based role for one website project .

If we work well together and the work is good, there is an opportunity to extend the engagement to future website projects and other creative work .
