Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Video & Editing Manager who can independently manage the complete creative video process — from idea generation, strategy, and scripting to shooting, editing, and final execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, storytelling skills, and hands-on experience in video production and editing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative strategies and video content ideas for the brand.
- Create concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content plans.
- Plan and manage video shoots, including camera, lighting, locations, and production setup.
- Handle video shooting and production independently.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, products, and corporate content.
- Work on video editing, transitions, sound,



color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Develop engaging and trend-based content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative team for content execution.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, video, and creative trends.
- Analyze content performance and improve future video strategies.

Required Skills:

- Solid creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent scripting and concept development ability.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting and production.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, audio, framing, and composition.
- Good understanding of social media content and trends.
- Strong communication and team management skills.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Making, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in video production, creative content, or video editing.
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating their scripting, shooting, and editing work.
