Role Description The Creator Partnerships Intern will support the identification, outreach, and management of content creators and influencers who align with client brand goals. This internship role involves researching relevant creators, maintaining creator databases, coordinating communications, and assisting with negotiation and onboarding processes. The intern will help track campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare reports to optimize partnerships.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams on briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.



This is an internship position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to research creators, interpret campaign data, and generate insights.
- Candidates should possess skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain productive relationships with creators and brand stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to manage outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with creators and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Sales principles to support negotiations, value propositions, and partnership proposals.
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital branding, with familiarity across major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work responsibly in a hybrid environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools; prior internship experience in marketing or creator management is a plus.
