Creative Design & Content Intern — TeeShop TeeShop is looking for a creative, reliable and detail-oriented intern to support our website, e-commerce content and social-media creatives.

This is a flexible hybrid, task-based internship. Most design, editing and content work can be completed remotely, while occasional visits to the TeeShop workspace in Delhi may be required for product shoots, Reels, videos, advertisements and other content production.

Candidates based in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.

? TeeShop Website & E-commerce Design You will help create visual content required for TeeShop's website and online store, including:

- Website banners and promotional graphics

- Product creatives and mockups

- Collection/category graphics

- Promotional and campaign creatives
- Icons and other required visual elements

- Product presentation graphics
- Other website/e-commerce visual assets as required

? TeeShop Social Media Content You will help prepare creative content for TeeShop's social-media presence.

Responsibilities may include

- Instagram posts

- Carousels

- Stories

- Reel covers
- Short-form Reel/video editing
- Product-focused content

- Promotional creatives

- Festival/seasonal creatives
- Basic social-media content ideas
- Suggesting relevant trends and creative concepts that could work for TeeShop

Occasionally, you along with the Team may be required to visit the TeeShop workspace for:
- Model/Product photography

- Product video shoots
- Behind-the-scenes content

- Advertisement/content shoots

- Other visual content production

• Traveling + Refreshments or Fixed Allowance would be provided by TeeShop Your role is primarily to create and prepare the required content and creatives.

✍️ Content & SEO You may also assist with:

- Product descriptions
- SEO-friendly product headings

- Collection/category descriptions

- Website Required Elements

- Basic Blog Articles (typing)
- Social-Media captions
- Basic e-commerce SEO content

You don't need to be an SEO expert. A basic understanding of SEO and the ability to write clear, engaging e-commerce content is sufficient. ? Additional Paid Client / Freelance Projects [Upto ₹25,000/- per Month is Applicable] Alongside TeeShop's own work,



Selected Interns may also get opportunities to work on additional paid client projects handled through our Business and the Team skills.

These projects are separate from TeeShop's regular website or social-media requirements.

Depending on the project and your skill level - Client's projects mostly includes:

- Logo design

- Brand identity creatives

- Posters

- Banners

- Pamphlets

- Brochures

- Flyers

- Standees

- Hoardings

- Promotional graphics
- Print-ready marketing materials
- Other digital and print graphic-design requirements
- Social Media Marketing & Handling

- SEO Optimization

- Building Websites or Applications
- Full Analysis of the Brand

These projects can provide practical commercial-design and freelance experience with different domains while giving you an opportunity to earn additional income of ₹25,000/- per month (Max. Value) depending upon the required projects & skills. Client projects are separate from the ₹2,000/month internship stipend.

Payment for each client project will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

Client projects are based on availability and are not guaranteed every month.

- Good understanding of graphic design
- Good visual sense and attention to detail
- Canva or other suitable software/application of your choice
- Basic video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or equivalent) or other suitable software/application of your choice
- Understanding of Instagram content formats
- Ability to follow a design brief

- Good written communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

⏱️ Work Style This is not a traditional 9–6 internship.

Tasks will generally be provided through a daily or weekly task list.

You will have reasonable time to complete the assigned work according to the agreed deadline.

Most of the work/projects can be completed remotely.

In-person visits to the TeeShop workspace in Delhi will be required when content shoots, product photography, Reel recording or other on-site creative work is needed. (Expenses Covered)

The amount of work may vary depending on TeeShop's current requirements.
