We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Receptionist to join our team in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer communications.
- Manage reception and front-office activities.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate appointments.
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant and skilled personality.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
