About the Role

Epic Maya is looking for a Course Architect who can design, structure, and improve engaging learning programs for an EdTech environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in building courses and a positive understanding of how students learn, practice, and complete educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and structure end-to-end courses for Epic Maya’s EdTech programs.
- Develop clear course modules, lessons, learning objectives, assignments, and assessments.
- Organize content into a structured and engaging learning journey for students.
- Work with mentors, content creators, and academic teams to develop course materials.
- Ensure courses are practical, relevant, and aligned with student learning outcomes.
- Review and improve existing courses based on student feedback and performance.
- Create suitable projects, activities, assignments, and evaluation methods.
- Maintain proper documentation of course structure, syllabus, and learning resources.
- Research current industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into courses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth course development and delivery.

Requirements




- B.Ed. completed is preferred.
- 6 months–1 year experience in course building, curriculum development, or EdTech.
- Experience working with an EdTech institution will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of curriculum design and learning methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and content-structuring skills.
- Ability to understand complex topics and convert them into clear, learner-friendly modules.
- Strong attention to detail and a learner-focused approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
