About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and well-organised Financial Counsellor & Student Coordinator to join our professional training institute.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, coordinating with existing students, and handling day-to-day administrative activities of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, career opportunities and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and achieve admission targets.
- Maintain enquiry, admission, attendance and student records.
- Coordinate with faculty and students regarding classes and schedules.
- Follow up for pending fees and instalments.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the institute.
- Assist in organising seminars,



workshops and promotional activities.
- Prepare basic reports for management.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Good English and Malayalam communication.
- Confident and convincing personality.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and digital communication tools.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, sales, customer service or administration will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Someone who is target-oriented, proactive, friendly with students and capable of independently managing the front-office and student coordination activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
